Getting Started with Speech Therapy

Step 1: Book an Appointment
Click the “Book Appointment” button to access our secure online scheduling portal through CarePatron and request a pediatric speech therapy evaluation or consultation.

Step 2: Submit Your Appointment Request
Complete and submit your appointment request through the booking portal. This helps us learn more about your child’s communication needs and therapy goals.

Step 3: Appointment Confirmation
A member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment, answer questions, and help guide you through the next steps for speech therapy services.

Step 4: Complete Intake Forms
Before your first appointment, we will send intake paperwork through our secure client portal. Please complete all intake forms at least 24 hours before your child’s evaluation or first therapy session.

Step 5: Get Started with Services
Once the intake process is complete, your child will come in for their first session and we will collaborate with your family to develop an individualized, neurodiversity-affirming therapy plan supporting communication, confidence, and connection.
